U.S.U.S. Custom and Border Protection / Global Entry at Richmond Airport

U.S.U.S. Custom and Border Protection, CBP, is responsible for monitoring and checking the passports, I.D.sI.D.s, Visa, Immigration documents, permit card and other similar state-issued documents to allow passengers to enter the United States.

Global Entry is CBP's program that allows member, pre-approved passengers to complete the process of entering States on their own, without queues and additional passport control procedures. Membership is required to access the Global Entry service.

RIC Baggage Claim and Meeting Areas

Richmond International Airport consists of six baggage claim carousels in the baggage claim hall, located on the lower level of the airport. From this area, passengers need to follow the designated signs to get to the meeting area or exit.
