In 2007, the new passenger terminal opened at Richmond International Airport. The single passenger terminal has two levels, and two Concourses A and B. Across from the passenger terminal are the South and North Garages, along with separate South and North Garage Expansions on each side.
The 1stlevel of the terminal houses baggage claim and baggage service offices, rental car counters, ground transportation, a new Richmond Region Visitor Center, and valet parking services. The 2ndlevel consists of check-in facilities, ATMs, a bank branch, business center, restaurants, and separate security checkpoints, which leads to either Concourses A or Concourse B.
Concourse A occupies the left area of the passenger terminal. JetBlue and American operate flights from Concourse A. The RIC provides free Wi-Fi and food & drink counters in this area.
Concourse B is situated on the right side of the passenger terminal. Currently is serves Allegiant, Southwest, Delta, and United Airlines. The area offers Wi-Fi access, an ATM, and food & drink facilities.
